The CB-SP-6FN is an ISO 16028-compliant flat-face hydraulic quick coupler designed for use in challenging environments—such as construction, railway maintenance, and mining. It’s built to minimize fluid loss, resist contamination, and endure frequent connection cycles.

What Makes It Different
• Flat-Face Valve Design
No spillage, no mess. The valve remains closed when disconnected and opens only during full engagement—minimizing both oil loss and air entry.
• Rotating Sleeve Lock
After connection, rotate the sleeve to engage the lock. This helps prevent unintended disconnects from vibration or dragging, and shields the valve interior from dirt.
• Induction-Hardened Components
Valve seats and locking parts are heat-treated for durability. Even with high-frequency operation, wear is minimal.
• Zinc-Plated Carbon Steel Body
Built for real-world wear and tear. Optional QPQ surface treatment or stainless steel is available for corrosive environments.
